Profile Data
Your work history, skills, education, and professional information you choose to provide.
Job Postings
Job descriptions you add for analysis. We don't scrape job boards without your action.
Generated Content
Tailored resumes and fit analyses stored so you can access, edit, and export them.
We also collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product. We do not track you across other websites.

We do NOT use your profile data to train AI models. Your professional information is processed only to deliver the features you request.

Amazon Web Services
Infrastructure, database (RDS), file storage (S3), authentication (Cognito). SOC 2, ISO 27001 certified.
OpenAI
Powers AI features (job parsing, fit scoring, resume generation). API data is not used to train their models.
Stripe
Payment processing. We never store your full card number. PCI-DSS compliant.

Data Retention
Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days unless legally required to retain.
